We welcomed our first baby girl on Aug.27th, 2010. Ella Minnie Hickman was 8lbs 90z and 20 1/2 in. long. She came out with TONS of hair.

Just the Beginning

We could not be more excited to start our lives together. Tim and I have been married 3 months August 16th. Time just seems to fly by. He will be starting up his last year of college at the end of the month. We are both very excited for graduation day! Tim currently works for a local engineering firm as an intern doing drafting and design work. The hopes are for a full time job there after school in May. I'm a nanny for 7th month old, staying at home and learning what it means to "clean house." We are temporarily living in my parents apartment above the garage, again just until Tim is out of school. I love it up here. It can be tight quarters at times, but we are very blessed to have such a wonderful place to live. Alaska seems to be where our hearts are at the moment. Though we have talked about moving, it looks like we will be calling Alaska home for a few more years.
